I bought this mistakenly as I'm right handed. I don't remember what it fits. I test fit a 4" model k-frame and it's too small of a holster for it. It's for something considerably smaller framed. It says 19 83LH and has the S&W logo .This is just the maker ,and not indicative that it fits a S&W brand firearm. $22 shipped
