Bush let Cheney, Paul Wolfowitz, Richard Perle, Douglas Feith, Bernard Lewis, David Wurmser, David Frum, Bill Kristol, and other neocons drive his foreign policy. Is it possible there will be a rerun with Pence and president-elect Donald Trump?
