Funny stripper story:

Went to a club with some fellas years ago and one of the "stouter" gals was putting on her show. She was doing this trick where she'd grab the bar rail, squat down, then pull herself against the rail, kinda "in your face"

Well, the gal musta misjudged her strength or had too much blow that night. Grabs the rail and when she pulls, she flipped herself over the bar and landed on top of me. I don't know which one of us was more embarrassed. I was covered in glitter and stripper stank. Holy schit it was bad.

Last time I ever stepped foot in a club.

Fred the 300 WM found a new home so I'm full speed ahead on the 7 Sherman Short. Found a lightly used custom action with a 23" fluted Bartlein 2B and a McMillan Sako Hunter. Guy says he is getting 2950 with the 180 Bergers without leaning on it too hard. I figure a 175 Eld-x or 180 Berger at close to 3k is good enough for anything I'm likely to do with it.

It's a sexy little bastard with a 180 hybrid which seats barely under the neck/shoulder junction(pic poached off another site) :

Figure I will have it in hand next week. I have my xtrii 5-25 SCR mil sitting loose which will get me going but likely swap it out to something lighter long term.

That's a mean looking round. I can't see anything in the 48 that will not smash. Is it aRL 17 show like my saum 7. I'm almost out of the 1000 150gn e tips that were priced right. I was thinking 175 but I have a bunch of 162. And the new180 looks very interesting
We gotta get out and shoot this spring.

Case is 1.95" so oal with the 180 Berger is 2.92-2.95 ish. This keeps it in standard short mag mag boxes while running long vld's without powder compromise

The action is a Fierce which is a Sako 85 clone with a few refinements such as R700 ring spacing, factory dbm that can be topped off still in the rifle. Damn mags are $140 though.

So far guys have had the best luck with R26 and the 168's in this gun have hit 3165fps not pushing it hard. It's coming with a few hundred 162 amax and a few hundred 180 Bergers as well as Whidden dies so I have options.

Sounds like a nice combo.

Thanks for the drum on the Fierce, I assumed they were another R700 footprint. $140 is steep for the mags but I would only ever need the one.

Well what was the "odds" that The Do Nothing Gang ain't turned a lick?!? VERY "surprising". Laughing!

If'n they had a penny for every time they thought or spoke of me,they could buy some of the stuff they TRY to "talk" about. Laughing!

This site don't fly at work and I reckon I've been a touch busy Shootin',given this inordinate Global Warming and the crisp/cool temps and favorable atmospherics. Right proper Dichotomy there,Google it. Laughing!

Cartridge second from left outta da' mag,has more than piqued my intellest and I've been flogging on it right proper, rather digging magfed .467BC Smooches at 3050fps from a 20" Self Shucker. Now the "lucky" kchunts can say they've "seen" one of them too. Laughing!

I'd speak to bolts and what not,but it ain't very fhuqking "fair" to muse wares that exist and steal the "thunder" of so much Imagination and Pretend. Laughing!

The Mallard Trigger Debacle was resolved less issue, but'll yet again fly over pointy heads and that $2.84 tariff alone, would exceed "budgets". ALWAYS nice to yank out a Geisselle SSA-E and replace it with sumptin' good instead. Ask me how I know? Laughing!

Gotsa love Blue Glue. Laughing!

Perspective never ain't not intellesting and Google is gonna enjoy the HUGE increase in bandwidth, yet again. Laughing!

Really groovin' on the sweet "satisfactions" of The Paper Hat Brigade exchanging Food Stamps for cash,to keep 'em in Sale Beer. Those Hard Charging Kchunts REALLY "get after it"!

Bless their hearts.

Laughing!..................
