My Vizsla used to catch spawning carp in Lake St. Clair, MI. He loved it so much I saw him hunch up one time in the reeds...couldn't be...sure enough, he wouldn't exit the water to take a crap.
I think with some practice & hard work you could jump right in there beside that dog and learn to catch fish just as well as that dog . If you decide to try -- please film it ....
