Gentlemen, I'm a part-time knife maker and a first time poster. I mostly frequent the AR forum, but it appears that the knife forum might be a little more active here. Gentlemen, Thank you for the welcome and the comments. Troutfly, The blades are .125" CPM154, heat treated to 61 HRC. Blade length is 3 3/4" and overall length is 7 3/4". The top knife has brass fittings and a natural canvas Micarta handle. The bottom knife has nickel silver fittings and the handle is black canvas Micarta. This style of knife, with a separate guard, is going to be my primary focus this year. I've been making knives for about four years and most of my knives have been in the style of the knives pictured below.
