Nice solid fully functional Model 97. 30" barrel is fitted with an original "Polychoke" of New Haven, Conn. Wood is very nice for the age of the shotgun, with a small crack developing just behind the action release button. Exterior metal is about average, with serious pitting on the bottom of the barrel forward of the magazine tube, to and including the lower portion of the choke device. Light pitting on the lower action, magazine tube, and trigger guard.

Would likely make an excellent CAS piece with some cleanup and finishing work. Asking $225 delivered to your FFL. Bank/PO Drafts, PC's all OK.

Have good pictures, but can't get photobucket to cooperate lately, so PM with photo requests and questions.
