Try Hodgen Powder on-line, they have a load data area.
For shotshell section you pick a guage and then a shell type/brand. Not sure if Fiocchi in there but worth a try. I shoot 410's a lot for skeet and pretty much use same load for any hull.I use win 209, 296 powder and claybuster wads. Some of the foreign shells need a Cheddite primer which is slightly larger diameter.
But anyway I've had luck searching powder sites on-line for data. Good luck
