I'm thinking about selling this one to fund another project.
Built by Alamo Precision Rifles
26 Nosler
McMillan game scout stock bedded by APR 14" LOP
Old school blueprinted SS LH 700 ultra mag action and bolt
Timney trigger
SS Bartlein 3B contour 1/8.7 twist with spiral flutes finished at 26"
GreTan firing pin and shroud
Spiral fluted bolt with Campfire knob.
Seekings 20 MOA rail and Seekins rings
Meopta 6-18 X 50 mm scope
Cerakoted Graphite Black.
Less than 20 rounds down the tube but it shoots in the .5 range with 140 gr. Accubonds in Nosler factory ammo.

Roughly 50% of what you spent to build it. Sometimes a tad more if you find someone who really wants it.

My biggest fear is when I die my wife will sell my guns for what I told her they cost.

There are 2 rules to success:

1. Never tell everything that you know.

I seldom sell a rifle and never have sold one that I've had built but for 50% I'll just keep it.

Harsh, but unfortunately, realistic...

I would echo what Snowolfe said is true in my experience also. That's if you really want to sell it and don't want to wait two years or more for that special buyer to come around...if they even will.. Even less you'd go to a retailer like Cabelas who sells used guns.
