Home this year for Mothers' Day, but travelling Monday so my daughters let me choose the lunch menu.
Pork ribs glazed with brown sugar/blood orange juice/soya sauce/coriander, grilled asparagus, mixed greens/snap peas/cucumber, dressed with honey/olive oil/finely chopped pickled lemon/S&P, skinned and baked potatoes, and extra tangy lemon tarts with whipped cream. Oh, and biscuits so my oldest doesn't get all ticked at me.
Followed by a long walk
