Forgot to add the boy has killed all of his birds with a 20ga with 2 3/4 loads of 6s & 5s !!

Birds look a little wet!! A couple of nice gobblers. Call them in close, 20 guage will kill them.

Had one tonight at around 50yards. A little too far, he was looking hard but went down over the hill. Never saw him again.

Better luck tomorrow.. My roomie in college just got a nice one up near Erie, his first in a while.. Good luck👍

How bad are the ticks this year?

So far they seem few compared to the past few years which were of plague proportions. I thought it odd. Perhaps just the area I've hunted. Next week will go to an area where they were thick the past few years. Will see.
