...I could see this with 62 grain TTSX as a great deer/antelope rifle for a young shooter or recoil sensitive shooter. I'm neither young nor recoil sensitive but I plan to use the 62 gr TTSX with extreme prejudice on speed goats and white tails in addition to pigs and 'yotes.

Well I joined the crowd and yesterday mailed the deposit on the lefty. I hope Mr. Wolfie shows up in my crosshairs this fall and his pelt will help pay for this new shooter. Verns

In Hoc, ETA Gamma Consul '84-'84 P.S. Emailed Barnes today and suggested They look at this and RAR 8-twist /250 thread & make some VOR-TX factory 62 & 70...

Jerry We were originally told July and they hadn't changed anything yet, so I'm still expecting them on schedule.
I enjoy handguns and I really like shotguns,...but I love rifles!

you guys that have these on order NOSLER has ammo on sale for them with the 60 grain partition... with the memorial day sale they are having its around twenty dollars a box for their custom ammo

Swift has a 75 grain Scirocco with a BC of .419....This bullet at 31-3200 FPS would be a deer/antelope hammer.
I was pretty set on putting a 10x SS scope on this rifle, but I am thinking a something a little more in the line of a Leupold 4-12x40 CDS....Some pretty good deals online for this scope right now. Sitting in Talleys, scope/rifle right at 7 pounds.
