260Remguy Campfire 'Bwana Joined: Dec 2002 Posts: 32,143 OMAHA	They are the Kentucky built current version of the Connecticut built 782/882/982 series. I gave an XT-22 MR to a friend in VT and he tells me that he's happy with it. I've had a couple of 982s for nearly a decade and they have given good service. The Marlin rimfire stocks are larger, more "man-size", than the comparable Savage rimfire stocks.
