The store also needs a sign that says they reserve the right to refuse service. The Supreme Court kinda shot that down with the Bakery/Gay Wedding Cake case. But, being the kinda guy I am, I would have told her to GTFO of my business before they did.  I have done so on occasion in the past. You ought to see their faces when you tell them that.
