Define awkward.

Other than Ringman, do you have any friends? It's got to be an "awkward" looking world, through your eyes.

I prefer to hunt alone, wandering through the woods or watching a likely looking meadow. But I don't like to camp alone. I like the comaraderie of camp and it's safer when someone knows where you are and when you are supposed to return.

No money involved would need to be a rule. It just keeps things the way it was intended.

In Colorado "no money" is an imperative since it's illegal to guide without a license. Share the cost of food and fuel (maybe processing) is about where it begins and ends with me. In fact I don't like spending money and then having my guest reimburse me. I prefer for each to pay half at the point of sale.

I just like the company. I met my best hunting buddy on this forum in 2004. But he lives in AZ and I'm in CO. We get together for maybe one hunt each year.

KC, you sound like a guy I could get along with. Food, ice, fuel. That's all it ever was with the ReelFishermen group, if that.

Demanding this and demanding/have to be that.. Some of you guys would phougk up a wet dream.

I'll vouch for KC. He's a good man that I've met and spoke with at two 24 hour campfire get togethers.

We even went hunting, at different times, on the same river in Alaska. I'd go hunting with him.

the only real difference between a good tracker and a bad tracker, is observation. all the same data is present for both. The rest, is understanding what you're seeing.

Does anyone really want an audience when casting for a hunting partnership?

The PM function works, or so I'm told.
