I bought a yo-dave kit for my 455 and it was useless. The smallest shim took up too much slack and the sear would not engage. So I punched out the pins and went after the sear the old fashioned way, with a stone. Took some doing but I now have a nice 2.5# trigger with just a hint of creep. Could probably take it down a bit more but it's fine for a varmint shooting. Did the same on a 455 varmint .22 that I bought early this spring. Nice rifles, nothing better in the $500 range.

Krag...dirt is talking about a SWFA SS 12x. Very happy with the several I use. LOTS of room to play with in elevation turret should you ever want to go further with your .22.. Dirt looks like they have discontinued the MOA 16X Oh, No. Dayam. edited to add. Cert, you're right. Just called them to find out why. Rep said it was because the MOA reticle was not "intuitive".

Well, they're both fine choices. Why can't we have both?
