OP safarihunter Campfire Tracker S Joined: Sep 2004 Posts: 3,759 Indiana	I have decided to let this rifle go after not using it for the last 6 years Rifle started out as a 40X 6mm Remington repeater and was in near new condition when I bought it from the original owner. With the rifle I received the only box of ammunition he ever bought for the rifle. 14 empties and 6 loaded rounds. I sent it off to Karl Kampfeld to have him set the barrel back and rechamber it to a 6mm BR .272 no turn neck and put a brushed crosshatched finish on the barrel In 2007 I had the rifle bedded into a McMillan single shot benchrest stock and a Jewell trigger installed . Included are some pics of representative groups I have shot with this rifle. Bullets used were Nosler 70 gr Ballistic Tips, Berger 68 gr Match and Sierra 75 gr HP. These are not the best nor the worst. There have been less than 300 rounds fires through this rifle. Scope, rings and bases not included $1400.00 .
