..... well ..... Maybe. O'Reilly took to the stage at New York's NYCB Theatre at Westbury on Saturday night, alongside his former Fox buddy Dennis Miller, as part of the duo's The Spin Stops Here tour. During a Q&A session, he related: "There could be a new network,' he said, .... A bunch of people are looking to compete with Fox because there’s a perception of decline." "'I am starting my own operation. We are going to do that,' he stated, before explaining he will soon be rolling out a 'beta-test' for a newscast." "We will go into a studio and here it will look like "The Factor". "It's basically an experiment to see how many people are going to want this service. ... That's coming and will be here before September in a robust form. But I suspect there will be another network maybe merging with us.' While it seems that Fox is starting to go in a different direction after Ailes got fired and the Murdoch Boys (Twiddle-Dee and Twiddle-Dumb) have assumed a greater role ..... it will take a lot of $$$$ muscle to compete with Rupert / Fox. And ..... I really think that much more is necessary than simply "The Bloviator-In-Chief," (O'Reilly), to go toe-to-toe with Fox. It will be interesting to see how it plays out. He needs some others to go in on that venture with him to be successful.
Some names that come to mind are Rush, Hannity, Michelle Malkin, Dana Loesch, Tomi Lahren, Tucker Carlson, Mark Levin, Laura Ingraham, Harris Faulkner, and Stacy Dash.
They can leave Shep, Heraldo, and Juan Williams, and MeAgain Kelly where they sit.
I don't want "Fair and Balanced". I want truth.
BTW, Fox News dropped the "Fair and Balanced" slogan a couple weeks ago.

He needs some others to go in on that venture with him to be successful.
Some names that come to mind are Rush, Hannity, Michelle Malkin, Dana Loesch, Tomi Lahren, Tucker Carlson, Mark Levin, Laura Ingraham, Harris Faulkner, and Stacy Dash. .... . Well, that would certainly be the "dream team" ..... but I have a hunch that there are some pretty serious contractual issues that would prevent some of those folks from joining .... at least in the short run.

But he really had his own TV show for quite awhile with Roger Ailes producing it. It think he'd go back to TV if it were done right. I don't think so.He's been emphatic about not wanting to do TV again when asked by listeners. His TV show only aired for 3 years,I think,and it changed time slots every year.

Just because O'Reilly would have one slot, that wouldn't make him 24/7. I think you're dismissing a real opportunity to expand some coverage for the Right before it even gets going. Sour grapes on this benefits the Left. Need more "boots on the ground" in the media war, and you don't want them?

O'Reily has his schtick, and it is a schtick that he uses are a template for 20 years of success. I can tell when he is stearing something to fit that template and when he's on topic and can live with it. 40 seconds of Chris Matthews or Wolf Blitzer makes me long for O'Reilly.
There are many others out that need some influence right of Karl Marx for political info, so even if I have not been a Factor devotee for a few years, I don't want the influence on the Right disappear, but rather expand.
