agree , I will post a comment to youtube , may be they read it. also the head cover is not the same as Islamic head cover , it is mostly because they are in dusty area and their style of clothing for men and women are colorful and layered because of mountainous area.

Yep, the human eye is especially sensitive to blue, almost as much as blaze orange. Odd but true.

The main problem is not lack of balls or motivation, it is lack of skill sets or quality training.
It is hard to spend much time training folks up in that environment.
Plus there is the ever present "Inshallah" attitude, which is the pretty fatalistic. If Allah wills it they will live. If Allah wills it, they will die.
They don't really delve much beyond that quite often.
The good news is that we have had a long standing, mostly positive relationship with the Peshmergas, and if you talk to a lot of dudes from the SF community who have worked in that region, they almost always have great things to say about the people in general.

I wouldn't read too much into "Inshallah" , it has become just an expression similar to saying 'Jesus' in appropriate or inappropriate situations. I worked with Kurds in early 1970s , their identity comes before anything , they are traditional muslims ( weddings , funerals and some holidays ...).
many of their customs are in direct conflict with fanatical muslims ( like women dancing together, colorful clothing for both men and women and a lot more).
as I mentioned they don't give a damn , they are Kurds first.
