I remember hearing about them on RFC after they were discontinued. If I remember correctly, and that's questionable, they were over $100 and had a poor reputation for feeding. I wish someone made a higher capacity 17 HMR / 22 WMR magazine for the Rugers and their clones that use the Ruger magazine.

They cost $100 but didn't realize they were discontinued. I have also read about the poor reputation. I have tried to get the Champion 25rd mags to work but they don't.

I have used these Volquartsen 25 round magazines for years and have had no issues with them that I did not have with ruger magazines. Sometimes, perhaps 1 or 2 per hundred rounds, a failure to feed but that is it. Machined from aluminum and they can be disassembled for cleaning. Volquartsen stands by them like their other products and in my experience their service has been outstanding.

yes +1.
My recent and limited experience with Volquartsen has been very positive. Top people offering top quality product - IMHO. While, I dont know about these magazines; I would gamble on the company reputation and not hesitate to try anything they had to offer. I am considering one of their pistols. OK, I am hesitating on this because it is a serious purchase. I have no reservations on the product. In the unlikely event of a problem, ever, I know the support will be there. The finish and workmanship on the accessories I got was true, top of the line.
