I think he needs to fire more than just Mueller and company. All appointed positions in the FBI , DOJ , DOS , CIA , and NSA that are not his appointees and even some of those who are not working out. I think Trump will make his moves once the new FBI director is confirmed.

I think Bannon was the anchor in draining the swamp, and he certainly represented a huge group of moneymen who poured it on to make sure Hillary didn't win.
As for Spicer's replacement, Trump should hire a reporter loyal to him that won't think twice about calling bullshit on the other guys when they start their whining.
