My son who is 9 has really gotten into 4-H Shotgun Club and is doing pretty well. Seems to be a natural (heck of a lot better than me anyway!) and the coaches are awesome. I have a friend who has an older Promatic Super Hawk that he wants to sell and it would be nice to be able to shoot in the back pasture with my son.
So, anyone have experience with one? This is set up on a receiver hitch mount and can run off the truck battery, nice set up with control lead and foot switch.
Googlefoo search seems to show that Promatic is top of the line with good reviews. Just would appreciate first hand comments. Also, any idea what a reasonable price is? Not looking to lowball the guy, just a fair price.
