Has anyone received their Tikka 1-8" twist 22-250 from the special run Whittaker's put together? Mine shipped today and should be in my possession next week.

I'm interested in seeing everyone's load workups. My plan is to work up loads for the 62 grain TTSX, 64 grain Power Point and the Sierra 65 grain Game King. Now, we'll see how that all plays out, but that's the plan going in.

Assuming the "call-in" goes quickly mine should be following me home tomorrow.
I had considered the AI-ing it but that might make a future lefty sale even more difficult so will stick with the chamber that is. I will have the trigger checked first thing out of the box though.
I can't visualize shots more than 500 yards and mostly less so will start with the 65-grain SGK and some 70-grain Noslers for chasing coyotes next winter.

I received mine as well. I'm trying to determine what scope to mount. I definitely want to shoot 75-80 gr way out there. It's hard for me to get stoked about a 22-250 when my .223AI will provide the majority of the performance with 2/3 the amount of powder.

Looking for Talley LW rings will any Tikka rings work on T3X? I called Talley earlier this week and they said their lightweight rings for the T3 will also work on the T3x.
