Rather tragic for his family, assuming he had one.

Pay no attention to the site. Obviously very anti hunter. I don't recommend driving traffic to their site to enhance their revenue.
It had very little information about the event and was written in an amateurish ASPCA -WWF young ignorant female style. I expect that such an event might be well covered by Barbara Crown in The Hunting Report.
I have very much enjoyed hunting dangerous game in my time. It is called "dangerous" for a reason. It is tragic when there is a serious injury much less a fatality. I thank you for posting the info, I just think the people driving that site are [bleep], and don't want to see them benefit from hunters reading their drivel.

The whole idea of DGH is to face off with something very capable of killing you.
well the guy in the other corner won this time, take it as an honorable defeat.
I dont let a watery eye morbidity mindset dominate the outcome.
At the end of the day every human ends up as some form of statistic or another.
some get the luxury of choice as to which one and some dont.
