I have a Mullerworks #3 (same contour as a Rock #3) that I am going to have screwed into a Defiance Rebel. It will be chambered in 6.5CM and ride in a Hunter's Edge. Before I order a custom inlet (and wait several months) I was wondering if anyone knows how this barrel would fit up in a Remington sporter contour inlet? There are several Hunters Edge stocks available "drop in ready" for factory Remington barreled actions, and since my rebel is a clone, I thought there might be a chance I could get away with it. If so, what would the shank length have to be? Thanks.

The shank length can be whatever you and your gunsmith decide. It might be worth an email to see if you purchased one of the ready stocks if McMillan might open up the barrel channel to your specs.
