OK, I've read people can't find a good one or they're too expensive so I'm gonna help you guys out with the perfect 17 Hornet funnel for £1.99 GB You just need to shave the end of the spout just a tiny bit to fit inside the length of the neck. It fit's as snug as a bug, it won't wobble, it's metallic so powder doesn't hardly stick, just a tap with the cup if it does. I love it to bits. Really? I use mine all of the time. Not for a .17 though, I must saw that there is an adapter for it in the box.

I fell for the MTM funnel kit... Giant POS Use one of those sets every day.... Must have lucked out and got a different set than you received... Works great for my needs, to include the 17 adaptor... which I use on a 20 caliber but still does the job.... haven't used the green RCBS funnel for years altho it is always there on my messy reload bench.

I have the small rcbs funnel and an Mtm kit.
My trouble is the quick change adaptors for my uniflow. Not very good.
