If the rally were held in Tucson, Flagstaff or Prescott the police would stand down and do nothing. Have to wait and see how Phoenix handles it. Arpaio is no longer sheriff so it's anybody's guess.

I still can't find an answer to why the DOJ is not going after those that incite to riot, who plan, hire for, and pay expenses for rioters.
