I had 4, 3 of which were bought together. The biggest reason for that is they were handy for safety and bolt stop parts. All eventually got sold with guns or are laying forgotten in drawers somewhere. They just aren't that great. I never was that impressed with Timneys either, but never tried their best ones. Shilens are about 90%. Jewels of course are still Jewels.

What I'm liking now are the Trigger Tech for affordable options. Slap one of those puppies on and you'll know you changed something.

Life begins at 40. Recoil begins at "Over 40" Coincidence? I don't think so.

Have them in a 600 and 700 both .308...they break like glass...have one in a Ruger GSR and it just gives total control over when you want the bullet to go down range.

Have one for my .257 Weatherby 700 that needs to get installed soon.. All have been easy to install with no issues...can not say the same about the Timneys I've tried to install for some reason.
