If so, you may be glad to hear they are now stocking Berger hunting billets AND Hornady ELD-M and ELD-X. Makes my life simpler! Supposedly more goodness to come.

Bi Mart my favorite store, for reloading supplies! Always a buck or two cheaper than Sportsman's, Dicks, and Coastal! Plus they will order without a hassle!

Yeah, I love BiMart. They also had added Hornady brass; all pretty standard cartridges, in fact duplicating the WW brass they always have, but they did have 6.5 CM Hornady brass, so that's new. I told the guy they NEED to stock the 7mm 180 ELDM. They just had the 162's, both the M and the X. Also they gotta get the 6.5 147 ELDM; but they did have the 140's, which I was happy to see as I'm using those in my 6.5 GAP 4s and liking them very much. I saw 7mm 168 Bergers and 140 6.5's (I think they were) and a couple heavier 30's. All the "Hunting" version.

Never heard of BiMart. Is it only in Oregon, or the NW part of the country?

Oregon and Washington have Bi Mart stores. Not sure about any other states. They had VX 1 Leopold 3 x 9 everyday price $179, not sure that's a great buy seemed reasonable to me!

After hearing about and reading many of Jeff O's posts...
most manufacturers have changed their packaging so the Jeff O's of the world can figure out how to open them...
Jeff O is very influential in the shooting world, in case you didn't know.
Jeff is probably the Bi in Bi Mart.

They compete head to head with WalMart and keep their doors open, there's a lesson other retailers could learn from them.

Yeah- other than putting local hardware stores etc out of business, BiMart's are a huge boon to rural areas in the PNW. You can get a huge variety of stuff there and they do a good job of keepin it real for the PNW market.
Bought some 6.5 ELD's from them today! Very convenient, and on sale.....

Awww Rich,
I don't think Jeffrey and I don't get along.. we get along fine...
I have no animosity for him...
he's just a little out there in left field and he sees me the same way...
Why hate someone you never met and only know on the internet..
Heck Jeffrey would be welcome at my place...
he'd just have to leave his bong in the car...

Bi-Mart has recently moved into the Idaho market with a couple stores within driving distance of my home. That is good news to local Idaho residents as Bi-Mart has also begun carrying handguns again and previously the only accessible store was in Ontario Or, across the state line from me. Also of interest is that D & B Supply, a local purveyor of hardware, ag supplies, and western/farm clothing has placed gun counters in some of their stores in Or and Id. They also carry a stock of reloading supplies equal to or possibly more extensive than Bi-Mart's.

I was up in No Idaho, east of Spokane once.. I think it was in Hayden..
I went into some Farm Supply store, and their reloading selection of products put most Sportsman's and Cabelas to shame!
Is that part of the chain you refer to as D & B?
that place was kickass...
for both selection and prices...

for both selection and prices... You should see the selection the Ace Hardware up in Don's (Huntsman22) neck of the woods has. I went up there earlier this year when he told me they had a bunch of H4350. Was really surprised to see all they had.

Couple of years ago, coming home from Quemado, I went up Highway 93 in Nevada until I hit US 50... it was labeled in a magazine article some time ago, as the loneliest highway in America... so of course I had to go and experience that.... I really enjoyed it... but I stopped in this one town, east of Fernley by a 100 plus miles.. I went into this store to grab something to munch on.. some grapes maybe some cheese, and get some ice tea... ancient wood plank floors, no organization to their shelves.. evidence of add on, add on add on over the years... get to the back of the store and there is all of these prints, pics, posters etc of the Flying Tigers from WW2... old stuff... I asked one of the employees about what all the Flying Tiger Stuff was... she told me the guy who opened the store after WW2, had been one of the Flying Tigers in China, a pilot...forget his name... but I thought WOW this is cool to stumble along... because it was like being back in time.. on the way back to look at all the Flying Tiger Memorabilia I pass this real long counter with multiple shelves. I had to do a double take, but here it is in the middle of the Obama years.. and these folks had about every powder put out by every major company in the industry... along with pretty much the entire Hornady line of bullets Sierra, Barnes.. in large quantities... Seem the old guy who started it, became friends with Hodgdon, Hornady, Sierra owners way back when, as they would come out to Nevada to hunt almost annually... So when they needed something, they just called up their contacts and regardless of any "shortages' they still could get what they wanted... The only primers that they had were CCI... they were deluxed out with Speers product line also... of course the wall were full of old matty impressive animal mounts from decades ago.. I told the lady was is the elderly daughter of the guy who started the store, her selection beat any Cabelas or Sportman's Warehouse I'd ever been in.. She told me about her dad knowing all of these people, but also told me the majority of their business for all of these reloading supplies, were people passing thru... or people who lived in Reno, down to Sacramento... I think I spent 3 hours in that place...what a find... and a zillion miles off the beaten path.. addendum: here's the place, http://www.rainesmarket.com/robert-j-catfish-raine---pilot.html
