Got to do a few sheep hunts this year, pretty fantastic time as always. Two Dall's from Alaska and one of my best buddies Bighorns from here in Colorado. Quite a bit of hunting left in the year but it's been a good start. Tanner

Nice work! Great pics too.

When the going gets nasty and wet and cold...what's the go to glove or glove system in that country? I really don't wear much for gloves honestly. I've got a crappy little pair of ripped up Outdoor Research liner gloves that I take on most hunts, and a really light set of Cabelas fleece flip-open mittens with 150gr of Thinsulate that only get worn glassing early morning and late evening. Something that dries out quickly is what a guy wants out there, in my experience. Tanner

Was able to sneak out for myself this October too. I backpacked solo into a new to me wilderness area and found this decent buck up around treeline after a few days of glassing and finding very few deer. Pretty fun time. Big thanks to my buddy GregW for pointing me towards this spot! Was also able to find a raghorn bull to notch my tag on and get some great meat in the freezer. Tanner
