Crusing down the freeway at 75 MPH the other day, truck all of a sudden runs like crap and check engine light comes on. Pull in to a hotel, 7 hours later Im pulling in my driveway as my best friend came to the rescue.

Others results seem to be all over the place from injectors, injector solenoid, bad battery etc. (Side note, I just had the transmission built, when I check the fluids halfway through my trip the passenger battery was completely unhooked. Hooked it back up and an hour later this happened).

Anyone dealt with this?

My guess would be either the valve cover gasket or a bad solenoid on an injector. I've had both happen to me over the years.

You can test either with an OHM meter, just google the parameters they should be at.
