This doesn't appear to be all correct?
SN look up shows 1910 but is this front sight correct for the year?
What model is it? An "A"?
Is the shotgun butt plate correct for the year?
Barrel appears to be re-blued sometime during it's life.
Perch belly.

That gun's been put together from parts, but what's great about that is you can hunt the crap out of it guilt free.

.30-30 bbl with Chicopee Falls address? Must have been returned to Savage to have bbl replaced?

How long is the bbl? (I'm guessing 24".)

Typically we check the serial numbers of the receiver, forearm, butt & butt plate. In this case, you will be lucky if 2 match.
The rec'r is about 1910, wonder what caliber it started life.
The barrel is marked Chicopee which put it late 40's or later.
The stock looks like an EG (50's) although possibly a G (20's). The lever does not fit the pistol grip.
Butt plate looks like a generic, possibly EG.
The forearm? This could be your matching number.
What model? N/A

Looks like a previous owner had a rec'r and complemented it with EG parts.
