Spaghetti with meat sauce. I add a tablespoon or two of olive oil. Tasty for MH.

Beef Stroganoff
Starting to really like the Green Belly bars as an alternative. Not a substitute for a hot meal, but an efficient way to get some calories.

Stoganoff and Spaghetti are favorites. Chili Mac for a change of pace. Red pepper flake packets from the pizza shop are good additions.

Beef stew is ok but a bit bland. +1 on Pointer's suggestion for pizza store pepper flakes.

Beef stroganoff with red pepper flakes is always a good choice. I also like the sweet and sour chicken with some a chili sauce packet from Panda Express!

Turkey Tetrazzini, Rice and Chicken, and that new one Chicken Noodle Casserole. They're all damn good.

I have been digging the Chicken Salad with a mustard packet on a tortilla for a quick lunch without having to boil water.

Lasagna is first choice, followed closely by the sweet & sour.

Lasagna or Spaghetti with Meat Sauce. Add parmasian cheese and an itialian spice packet to either. Overall I prefer Pack-it Gourmet though.

Whats the attraction with packit gourmet? I just perused their website, they list ingredients and nutritional information. Not that MH is any better, but not impressive.

I've only eaten their meals one time. Not a favorite of mine, and haven't had a meal in a few years. Still treated me a little better than MH.
