it's one of those things that has never seen a recipe. Somewhere around half a pound of shredded carrots. Big handful, maybe two, of raisins. 5 or 6 or more dried Mango chips, diced, and enough Duke's to moisten it all. Sorry I can't be more specific than that. smile
I made the carrot raisin salad because I had left over shredded carrots from making that Papaya hot sauce.
