Will a 260 (22"barrel) hold enough energy to cleanly take deer sized game out to 600 yards?? If so, what would your load be. My gun shoots 130 & 140 VLD's very well.
I can tell you for a fact a .260 AI will take down an antelope at 500 yds. I was standing right next to Bobcape last week when he did it.
26 inch barrel though, I believe.
