Some of you have obviously never seen the room service menu at a high-end hotel. Prices are at least double the already high prices you'd see in the hotel's restaurant.
As to who, it's probable that it was one of the gazilion in-room party girls in Vegas. He knew he wasn't going to be paying the room tab, and the girls work for cash.
