I was reading Roger Rule's book about Wincheser's Target rifles. It says the Sniper's match was not built in Winchester's speciality shop. Does that mean it was built on the "regular" production line? If not, does anyone know where it was built? Haven't been able to find much information about these Sniper rifles. Thanks.
