so last spring after some flash flooding in the nearby creeks around us my youngest son found about a near 40' length of 8" diameter blue green pvc pipe that floated down the creek and settle below our neighborhood. so sat morning i cut it into about (14) 3' long logs and placed them in a pond my buddy owns. i figured they would give both bass and catfish some place to play. there is also about a 8' section of 24" dia galv culvert pipe laying in one of his fields that is just begging to be used as well. anyway just trying to help the neighborhood some.

I can almost guarantee the catfish will appreciate the additions

the catfish were one of the reasons i did this. this is a small 1 1/2 acre pond and it's about 20 yrs old. it just doesn't have a lot of structure anywhere. figured i would try to help.

Boy, if you have a piece left, you can make a nifty prop guard for your outboard. Just cut a slot at the top and affix it to the cavitation plate around the prop
