This was from a hunter who took tons of deer and elk during his 89 years on this earth.

It appears to be a bone handle (It is WHITE bone, the photos make it look yellow), brass fittings, very sharp blade. No markings.
Blade LxW is 4 1/8" x 1.5" at widest.
Very heavy!

Unfortunately it appears that the end of the sheath has been chewed off by a critter.
Where can I find a custom sheath? Ebay was of no help.

Cool find. That knife has a lot of character and I'm sure could tell some great stories.

Make a leather or metal cover for the scabbard tip, place it over the damaged end and glue/lace it on.

If you looking to have one made, Ken Honeycutt is your guy. Does great work.

I have a couple of Rick Menefee's knives that used sheaths from Mr. Parsons - very good quality.
Good luck on your quest.

I've got an Amish guy that makes all my sheaths, they're great. Pm me for questions.

Are you sure that's not ivory?
