Presuming you want the date.. give us the first 4 or 5 characters in the serial number and we can help you with that.

number is A3516xx no lbc on lever but 10w on barrel and a c under where model99e is

Dates to very late 1969 according to serial number, and the "W" in 10W confirms that year. The "c" is just an inspector's stamp.
