I wouldn't want to get caught by the police driving around late at night with that, a few screwdrivers, and a pry bar though. (Unless you are locksmith)

Back when I was a cop, we used to catch a few of those theivin' little schidts with those. Most of them had the pick part broken off, so you know they at least tried to use them.
You can get them at Cheaper Than Dirt along with regular picks. I have had one for years and keep it in my tool box for when I can't find the keys to locks. I have never had them not work. I use it around my own house or at my neighbors house. A really handy tool to have when you need a lock opened.
