I don't want to post a gallery, I want to post individual photos on a thread. All I ever get is the address of the photos, not the photos themselves. What am I missing?
I am continually astounded at how quickly people make up their minds on little evidence or none at all.

Me too. Followed the "simple instructions", Yes, I can put a photo in a gallery. What is missing is "simple instructions" to get an actual photo to display alongside the text of a post.. (See Bottleneck Buck in BPCR forum for examples). Thanks.

Trying to post from imgur like I used to do with photophucket directly to a post.Is that possible or do you have to set up a gallery first then move individual photos from that to a post?

OK I must be completely dense. I am on imgur but when I copy the photo info all I get when I preview the post is the address, not the photo. ?????

OK I found the problem. For some reason when some of the photos were transferred they had a .jpg?1 address. When I went in and edited the address to .jpg they posted fine. Could be that these pictures were taken with my phone so one of the programs didn't recognize them correctly? Whatever, problem solved for now.

As for me, YES! That is what I want to do. (from campfire image gallery). If not too much trouble, walk me thru it, or send me a link that I can peruse for instructions, thanks.
