Guys, I've been using this wonderful sauce very sparingly on eggs, chicken and tomato based meat/veggie soups and stews.

I think there may be about ten people in the whole country that don't like it.....I'm one of em.

I don't have a 6-5 Creedmore either.

No Creedmoore here......but I go through a lot of Sriracha.

New Zealanders think that butter is spicy........so I have to add the spice once dinner is served.

LOL.....my dear departed wife (from CT) was like that....her spice rack consisted of a salt shaker......and she reserved that for special occasions.

A friend of mine who is of Chinese descent introduced me to it several years ago, good stuff. I should add that it is kind of in the middle heatwise of the spices he uses, I think some of them come out of an active volcano.

I have relatives that make two passes over a bowl of ketchup with a Tabasco bottle and it brings beads of sweat to their foreheads... I would hate to see what would happen if they ever took the lid off that bottle before shaking it over the ketchup!

Srirachi has been a staple here for a very long time.

Hipster ketchup is what it’s often referred to out here.

It’s actually not a bad chili sauce in my opinion. I love it blended with mayo on just about ever damn thing!

I keep a large bottle of Sriracha and another of Crystal on my table at all times. Crystal for when I want just a little bit of flavored heat, and Sriracha when I want that plus some garlic. As to the Crystal, I much prefer it to Tabasco, which I like, but find it more vinegary than optimal.

Read up on the history of Sriracha, and you'll be amazed and proud of the county we live in.
