Bought a Diamonback AR10 308 yesterday. Checked out a Primary Arms 4-14x44 FFP lit reticle scope and was impressed enough in the store to buy it, and take a chance. I mean $259 bucks for a FFP scope? http://www.primaryarms.com/primary-...ss-hud-dmr-308-223-reticle-pa4-14xffp308Why not!? I got the scope mounted on a one piece AR mount and was thrilled with the clarity and function on this scope. Sighted in with 6 shots at 100 yards. Scope tracked perfectly! This is shots 7 & 8 at 100 yards. May have done a bit better on cooler barrel. It was warm, but not hot... BTW, that Diamondback DB10 .308 is a hammer! Accurate and functions flawlessly. (Around $850) https://diamondbackfirearms.com/col...diamondback-db10ckmb?variant=29900867596I'm a happy camper Just thought I'd pass on info on outstanding products. So many things don't do what you think they will, but this rifle and scope have exceeded my expectations a hundred fold. Bring on the hogs!

I’ve got that same scope mounted on my AR 308. It’s a very solid scope.

Probably overseas somewhere. Primary Arms is located in Houston, Tx, but I doubt they manufacture them there in Houston. Lots if not most scopes are made overseas. I have a USA made NightForce 3.5-15x50 F1, but even Nightforce scopes are mostly made in Japan.

Oh, sure! Wax eloquent about the scope and when I follow the link it's "out of stock". How many people did you tell about this before you told us? Did you buy all of them? Ed

Ed I'm sure they'll have more soon. In the meantime, you have a .223, right? (I think I'm gonna get one for my AR carbine too.) http://www.primaryarms.com/primary-...ato-reticle-pa4-14xffp-acss-hud-dmr-5-56

I know I'm fixin' to buy another one of these...
I got the one with the lit reticle. It's pretty good too. Not quite as adjustable as my $2500 NightForce, but certainly usable for what I do.

Finally got around to taking a photo of the rifle after I did the paint job, scope mounted and sighted in.
