As I remember it you said you don't eat trout, but do you ever catch any "eatin" size fish there with the jig?
All the times I have fished for trout I never even thought about using a jig. Not unlike a large wet fly. If I get back to trout waters I will have to try them.

Always fun to see your trout jig fishing videos, easy to see why you're so smiley! For less fishy trout, I skin them but leave them whole so I can season , roll in foil and grill or bake. This isn't my video but that's how it's done.
