Looks like I bought too early. McMillan just posted a 25% off sale plus free shipping with codeword Santa. Looks like they have some more Hunters Edge T3 stocks in inventory right now....

Santa code hasn't worked on any stocks I've added to cart. I must be doing something wrong.

It needs to be a stock they have in inventory and not already on sale. Won't work on any except the "ready to ship" is my understanding. They were already out of m70 edge for LA when I got the email :-(

SO the Kuiu stock for the T3x is 694 minus 25%?
Any work on my end other than paying for it?
Is the black stock for about $75 less the exact same other than just color?

Looks great just trying to convince myself to spend the $$.

Any of these aftermarket stocks reduce the recoil effect by a noticeable percentage? My T3x 270 kicks a lot!

Yes, by better stock shape, better pad, and/or additional weight

Would you guess 10%, 20, 30%? Your estimation is important to me. It will help me to decide to to keep the 270 or trade for a less recoiling caliber. Thx for your help!

Edge stocked

I was planning on restocking my T3 in 300 wsm, but it's shooting so well I'm not going to touch a thing. I mean 5 shots at 200 yards under 1.0" who messes with that?

Have you tried installing a Limb Saver Air tech recoil pad? I did on my 300wsm and it made a quite noticeable reduction in felt recoil for me and my T3 is a 300wsm, which kicks a little bit.

Am I to understand correctly $694 for a stock? Way braver than I, that's over $100 more than I spent for my SST/SYN RMEF model T3. I guess I should've married better.

Mighty nice Gamescout. Will McMillan inlet that for the CTR factory barrel and CTR DBM?

The gamescout is slightly too narrow along the bottom for CTR Bottom Metal. I put my CTR in a A3 and it is very similar.

I just dropped my CTR into a Game Hunter inlet for the factory DBM, also had the barrel chopped to 17". I'm really liking this setup so far.

I briefly had a Manners EH1A, it just felt a little chunky and heavy to me. The Game hunter feels slimmer and more handy to me, and of course it's lighter without the adjustable cheek. I haven't used a Gamescout or A3.

My 30 Nos build on a Tikka is just about done. Gonna go in a Manners EH1-A

Could you please share the details on that T-3. Does it have a side mounted front sling mount and what about the red magazine. Is it an aftermarket itemor did you paint it to keep track of different loads?
