I’ll leave it up for sale for a while. If it doesn’t’t sell maybe I’ll build another Omega, after all Omegas are the finest muzzleloader ever made (wink!). If I find a cheap stainless fluted gun maybe I’ll pick it up. One thing I’ve learned, BEWARE of the online sellers, they don’t know one Omega from another. I even sent one a note questioning his description (SS) and advised him that the gun in the pictures was not stainless steel. He told me that “SS” meant “super sweet”. I was in shock! Also they use the terms “Z5”, “Z”, “5Z”, “Z7”, “Z gun”, etc., etc., to make you think you’re looking at some thing very special, even if that particular model designation was never used. They also use photos that make it difficult to tell if the barrel is fluted. And the prices have gone NUTS!!

Don’t forget to to gather the little ones on Christmas morning (before gift giving) and light a candle on a birthday cake and sing Happy Birthday to Jesus and let let the little ones blow out the candle. They won’t forget it. You should see the look on the face of the lady at the grocery store where we order the cake inscribed “Happy Birthday Jesus”.
