Lol you mean track suit? 1980 called they want there [bleep] back...

They're way better than anything the 80's or the Army has ever issued. Not sure why I'm running since I thought I retired from doing this, but I'm feeling good so why not?

You and Jeff obama texting each other? Comparing track suits lol

Ummmmm...... No! How much longer til you're retired?

Sure... probably planned the rest of your workouts for the week. 1 August 2020 I should/will be retired.

Won't respond further, but to correct the record I'm STRONGLY pro-2nd (I mean, duh). Did not vote for Clinton, etc. But let's not let reality intrude on a "good" narrative. smile

Shag gets plonked. Won't see whatever he deigns to grace us with next. Sorry you guys have to.

None win the race. All we get to do is run it. The hour average is supposed to be my age max.

When i was younger it would hit 210-220 and the Docs back then didn't believe it until they were shown. The 176 was the next to last hard minute. Not bragging, but I had more to give. It is what it is, and if I work hard that is were it goes.

However, here is the good....

1minute recovery rate: 30 BPM
2 minute recovery rate from the 176max: 62 BPM

Thanks for the concern, but at the last check-up the Doc, a runner, said keep doing what you are doing and as long as the recovery BPM is good then I have little reason to tell you to not push it.

4-1/2 mile hike. About a mile was stair-stepper steep which was nice. Took this from where we were; very similar.

I know that getting your HR up to 180-ish with no problems for a man your age puts you in the 99th percentile.

You should take up elk hunting.

At my age the odds are I’m running on collateral blood feed. If/when that shuts down the heart game is over.

Do a five-miler, then...pack a big bore something, don't smart off to the bears and you'll be fine.

Say whaaaa? I kinda LIKE the heart game! Is there an OT? smile

I hit max BPM on a few of the hills I ride; I can feel it. Now I'm curious what that is. Guess I need one of those fancypants watches.
