2.5 mile stroll with the geezers followed by a 3.5 mile fast walk with my wife. Not much, but something. Home tonight, good lord willin'. Crabbing tomorrow.

Intense day on the water. Rain, wind, cold, a few big squalls, etc. Can't call it a workout but it certainly jacked up the ol' metabolism. Crabbing sucked- shoulda hit a bay with a smaller river (higher salinity). Still caught dinner.

gym this evening squats 5/3/1+/10, bench 5/3/1+/10, pull-ups 3x10, dips 3x30, core my 18 totals (1806), new year tomorrow  running miles- 623, skiing/snowshoeing miles- 201, hiking miles- 982
