OP ringworm Campfire Ranger R Joined: Oct 2008 Posts: 18,158 29376	Found a small supply of old X bullets .358 200gr. Running them in. Ruger w/ 20". I have IMR4895, VARGET, TAC, IMR 3031 that seem to be decent for the round. Any help appreciated. I'll be shooting them at SE whitetail (-200#)possibly Black bear and pigs. TRUMP- GABBARD 2024

MuskegMan Campfire Outfitter Joined: Sep 2004 Posts: 8,149 S.E. Alaska	Here's some Barnes data. These velocities are pathetic. http://www.barnesbullets.com/files/2014/11/358WinchesterWeb.pdf 3031 is da bomb in my Whelen with 200 gr TTSX's. 4895 is pretty good also. Varget and TAC are too slow IMO.
