One of my Son's businesses makes and distributes Organic Temph. He makes several different kinds, using Soy beans, or Black Eyed Peas, Black Beans and Adzuki beans. We are supposed to get a new grand daughter today, and I made this Adzuki Tempeh pot pie for his wife. Tempeh is a food product, basically fermented beans , that was first made in Indonesia years ago. High in protein, tastes great. Hippies love it, and it's a vegan's go to protein. My lad is a wee bit to the right of Attila the Hun, and laughs all the way to the bank.
The wife is in hard labor now, so the baby is at last on the way. Over a week late now.
